Territory Manager Position Available
Role: Management and development of Kenauk Nature’s territory (hunting, fishing, guides, infrastructure, and conservation)
Position Type: Full-time
We are looking for an experienced and versatile territory manager to join our team. As territory manager, you will oversee the development of our hunting product, manage our team of guides, handle risk management and safety, and lead the integrated management of Kenauk’s territory. Your responsibilities will include ensuring compliance with government regulations, coordinating wildlife inventories and quota setting, recruiting and training guides, overseeing the maintenance of hunting and hydraulic infrastructure, and serving as the liaison between our operations and forestry activities. You will also produce monthly and quarterly reports and ensure annual approval of the conservation plan.

Heavy Machinery Operator Position Available
Role: Ensure the maintenance, improvement, and development of Kenauk road infrastructures, its network of forestry roads, as well as snow removal from access routes during the winter season.
Position Type: Full-time
We are looking for an autonomous and versatile heavy machinery operator to join our team. As an operator, you will be responsible for safely operating various types of heavy machinery (excavator, loader, bulldozer, grader, tractor, snowblower, among others) to ensure the maintenance, repair, and upgrading of forest roads and access routes to the lodge. You will also carry out grading, drainage, and earthwork, participate in the construction and maintenance of buildings, chalets, and docks, and ensure basic preventive maintenance of equipment. During the winter season, you will be responsible for snow removal on roads, parking areas, and access points to infrastructure, ensuring a quick response to maintain safe routes for employees, guests, and emergency services.

Maintenance Worker Positions Available
Role: Ensure the general upkeep and maintenance of Kenauk Nature’s chalets, buildings, and facilities.
Position Type: Full-time
We are looking for a motivated and versatile labourer to join the Kenauk Nature maintenance team. As an essential member of our staff, you will help maintain our chalets, buildings, and infrastructure in excellent condition to ensure an exceptional guest experience.

Responsabilities:
- Maintain the various infrastructures on the property (buildings, chalets, grounds, equipment, etc.);
- Perform interior and exterior maintenance tasks after guests’ departures from chalets and glamping units;
- Stay proactive and alert to any situation that could pose a risk to staff or guests, and report it to supervisors;
- Maintain solar, plumbing, heating, and ventilation systems;
- Mow lawns and maintain outdoor grounds;
- Cut and handle firewood for chalets;
- Keep your vehicle and tools clean and in good working condition;
- Collect garbage and recycling and bring them to designated areas;
- Perform any other related tasks as required.
Housekeeping Positions Available
We are looking for a dynamic and conscientious chalet housekeeping attendant to join our team. As a housekeeping professional, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and good condition of our chalets according to established standards.
